Created World Anim team to explore new ways to convey narrative - combining cinematic & gameplay expertise. Grew the team from 3 to 11 over the course of the project, by the end I was supervising 3 small teams.
NPC's & AI - I created & owned all non-combat characters from blueprint creation to template structure. This included their AI & I made several tools for manipulating NPC behaviours that saw wide usage across the project.
Environmental Animation - working with Environment Art & VFX, I pushed significant amounts of animated content into our levels, aligned on a high level vision I crafted.
Tech Support - I assissted with scripting & debugging across all of animation, trained several design groups in presentation systems.
Management & Career Growth - maintained an 85%+ manager satisfaction, won an award for Humility & Integrity, and collaborated with Bioware & EA to create a Job Family Matrix for Systems Animation.
